Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in offering high-quality, made-to-order canvas art. Each piece is printed specifically for you, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or wrong item ordered.

However, your satisfaction is important to us and we’re here to make it right if something goes wrong.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us at artsmithgall@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

If your claim is approved, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Non Refundable Items

Because all our canvas art is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Order errors not caused by us

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

If a refund is approved due to damage or defect, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery — but only if your item has not yet gone into production. Since our art is printed on demand, once production has started, cancellations or refunds are not possible unless the item is defective.
